To bring warmth and care to hardworking colleagues amidst their busy schedules, a Chinese-style health-preserving event was quietly prepared in the company. The moment finished their tasks and stepped into the conference room, they were greeted by the unique herbal fragrance of mugwort, a wisdom from traditional Chinese medicine. The refreshing aroma, like a hand, caressed everyone's tense nerves, effortlessly relaxing their weary bodies and minds.
Meanwhile, the company's carefully selected variety of health-preserving tea is already ready. In the teacup, the tea leaves stretch their bodies under influence of hot water, a light sip, the tea fragrance spreads on the tip of the tongue, sliding from the throat into the heart, dispelling the fatigue and lassitude the whole day. In the atmosphere where the fragrance of tea and grass are intertwined, colleagues sit together, sharing their health preservation experience, talking about the interesting things in the work the laughter is echoing, the busy and serious work atmosphere at ordinary times becomes relaxed and warm at this moment.
To conclude the health preservation session, under the guidance of professional coaches, everyone practiced the traditional Chinese Ba Duan Jin Qigong together.
