Aelga held the "Inner Wisdom・Infinite Abundance" event for everyone to take a half-year spiritual holiday.
With the 2025 progress bar already halfway through, to allow employees to take a break from busy work and recharge, Aelga launched the "Inner Wisdom・Infinite Abundance" themed team-building event on July 8th. This was not a serious meeting, nor an intense team-building training, but more like a "half-term spiritual holiday" for all staff. Everyone gathered together, finding their own sense of fulfillment in a relaxed atmosphere.
On the day of the event, Vice President Amy led everyone to explore the depths of the mind, the sense of lack in the subconscious, identify self-limiting beliefs, and guide them to break through blockages, rebuild connections with inner wisdom, and thus create more abundance and satisfaction. During the event, everyone resonated and vibrated in harmony, sparking the most beautiful changes and the best outcomes! Additionally, the venue thoughtfully featured a "Free Energy Station," offering not only relaxing and entertaining games but also abundant meals to replenish everyone's energy on both fronts in a timely manner.
The full-day activities had no rigid preset procedures. Everyone let go of work fatigue, either leisurely enjoying the food or interacting freely. In a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, they unwound both physically and mentally. Everyone immersed themselves in the moment, experiencing this unique "vacation" in their most comfortable state, and drawing strength from the laughter and joy. This "Inner Wisdom・Infinite Abundance" themed team-building event allowed aelga's employees to take a break at the halfway point of the year, greeting the challenges and opportunities of the second half with more vitality and inspiration, while injecting new momentum into the team.
