Aelga OEM Kitchenware Team at Guangzhou Exhibition & Qingdao Operations Update

In late April 2026, Aelga’s sales team attended Phase 2 of the 139th Canton Fair in Guangzhou, showcasing our core product lines, including kitchen systems, lightweight outdoor systems, and drinkware systems. During the exhibition, we met with overseas buyers from various international markets to discuss ongoing OEM/ODM projects and new sourcing requirements.

At the same time, our Qingdao team organized a short Laoshan hiking activity while maintaining regular production and order operations.

Canton Fair Meetings and Customer Discussions

Most meetings at the Canton Fair were direct discussions with buyers rather than formal presentations.

Topics mainly included product structure, material selection, packaging requirements, and pricing based on different order volumes. We also received updated sourcing feedback from buyers across different regions, especially regarding cost control, packaging efficiency, and product practicality.

Compared with online communication, face-to-face meetings helped clarify details more efficiently, especially for sample requirements and production expectations.

By the end of the exhibition, several clients confirmed follow-up actions, including sample requests and quotation adjustments.

Laoshan Hiking Activity in Qingdao

↑ Event Highlights

While the sales team was in Guangzhou, the Qingdao office organized a half-day hiking activity at Laoshan Mountain.

The activity involved staff from production, quality control, order processing, and after-sales departments. It was a simple internal gathering, with time for informal communication outside of daily work.

Some discussions naturally touched on coordination between departments, especially related to production scheduling and order changes, which helped improve mutual understanding in daily cooperation.

Production and Order Execution Continued During the Fair

During the exhibition period, Qingdao operations continued as normal.

We maintained routine production scheduling, quality inspection, order tracking, and coordination for ongoing shipments. Ensuring stable execution during peak business travel periods remains essential for overall delivery reliability.

Post-Fair Follow-Up Work

After returning from Guangzhou, the sales team immediately began structured follow-up work.

All inquiries from the Canton Fair were categorized based on product type, target market, and order scale. We are currently in active communication with buyers regarding:

· Sample confirmation for new kitchenware designs

· Adjustments in packaging for retail and wholesale markets

· Updated quotations based on container quantities

· Product modifications for regional compliance requirements

Some projects have already moved into sampling and preliminary order planning stages.
